This movie is a cult favorite! It’s one of those rare gems that bombed at the box office, but is still popular on video to this very day. Kurt Russell stars as Jack Burton a no-nonsense kind of guy who gets drawn into the mystical side of San Francisco’s Chinatown. Jack and his friend Wang Chi (Dennis Dunn) set out to rescue Wang’s kidnapped girlfriend Miao Yin (Suzee Pai), but find themselves battling to stop the evil sorcerer/crime lord David Lo Pan (James Hong) and his army of magical warriors, thugs and monsters.
